Bandit Sign Bill Passes Senate Committee


Last Wednesday, March 12th, our very own Mayor Pro Tem Martha Castex-Tatum, spearheaded testimony and support for Senate Bill 284, sponsored by Texas State Senator Borris Miles. Scenic Houston's Executive Director, Andrea French, joined Mayor Pro Tem in providing additional testimony highlighting the importance of removing visual blight from our public spaces, and ensuring we hold repeat offenders accountable for cluttering and preying on our communities .
