Dear Viking Families,
As we approach the season of thanksgiving, we are reminded of the importance of gratitude in our lives. Gratitude is a way to deepen our relationship with God and one another. At St. Veronica Catholic School, we are blessed to be immersed in the teachings of our Catholic faith, where gratitude is not only a virtue, but a way of life.
At St. Veronica, we are fortunate to be part of a community that not only teaches academic excellence, but also fosters a spirit of compassion, kindness, and service. Each day, our students are encouraged to grow in their faith, to see the world through the eyes of Christ, and to express gratitude for all they are given—whether it’s the support of a loving family, the friendship of peers, or the guidance of our dedicated teachers and staff.
This culture of gratitude flows through our entire school community. It is evident in the prayers we say, the acts of kindness we practice, and the way we serve one another. As we prepare to celebrate the many blessings in our lives, let us remember the words of St. Paul: “Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). By embracing gratitude, we not only honor God’s gifts but share His love with those around us.
As we continue our journey of faith together, let us look for opportunities to express our thankfulness—whether it’s through prayer, service, or simply being present for one another. In doing so, we strengthen the bonds of our community and give glory to God for all He has provided.
May this season of thanksgiving inspire us all to live with hearts full of gratitude, to embrace the teachings of Christ, and to share His love with the world.
God bless,
Stephanie Woodall, Principal

Holiday Jingle and Joy!
We are thrilled to announce an upcoming field trip for all of our students in grades K-8. On the morning of December 20, our Vikings will travel with their Spirit Families to one of 5 local nursing homes to present Holiday Jingle and Joy! As part of this meaningful experience, students will sing carols, share holiday stories, and brighten the spirits of the nursing home residents. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to embrace the spirit of giving and make a joyful impact on our community during the Christmas season.
Please be on the lookout for a permission slip and more information in next week’s Viking Voice. Thank you for supporting this beautiful event. We look forward to a day of song, laughter, and holiday warmth as our students bring the magic of Christmas to those who need it most.
Inclement Weather
As we approach the winter months, it is important for us to refresh our Inclement Weather Policy. Families will receive an automated telephone call and text message notifying them of school delays, closings, or any emergency. In addition, notices of the school delays or closings due to inclement weather conditions will be announced by means of radio, television, posted to the school website and social media pages; generally, we follow West Clermont School District for delays or closings. St. Veronica Catholic School reserves the right to close or delay in any situation deemed necessary, contrary to the local public district.
