Dear Viking Families,
As we journey through this beautiful season of Advent, we are filled with gratitude for the many blessings that continue to present themselves within our school community. This month has been one of celebration, reflection, and giving, as we prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ.
We were thrilled to witness the incredible talents of our students during the Band, Vocal Ensemble, and Dynamix Show Choir Christmas Concert last evening. Each performance was a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and their teachers, filling us with joy and the spirit of the season. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Gardner, Mrs. Yates, and our musicians who participated and made these concerts such a memorable experience for our school family.
In the spirit of Advent, we were also inspired by our 4th grade students, who recently taught us all about the spirited virtue of generosity. Through their reflections and actions, they reminded us of the true meaning of giving, not only in material gifts but in kindness, time, and love. Their thoughtful lessons have set a beautiful example for us all, especially as we approach the celebration of Christ’s birth.
As we continue to prepare for Christmas, may we carry with us the lessons of generosity and the joy of community. Let us keep our hearts open to the blessings of this season and share the love of Christ with all those we encounter.
Wishing you all a blessed Advent filled with peace, joy, and hope.
God bless,
Stephanie Woodall, Principal
