The Village Ewe is excited to hold a Trunk Show featuring over 300 canvases from Julie Mar & Friends . See below for more details.

We recently attended The National Needle Arts Winter Market in Las Vegas. We met with Designers and threads and accessories rep-resentatives. The Village Ewe is now full of new canvases, including a few new items, such as wine bags with needlepoint inserts! (See picture on right.)

We continue to offer the Beginning Needlepoint Class and Workshops, offering stitching for everyone at the following times:

Every Tuesday: 10 am -12 pm
Every Saturday: 10 am -12 pm
First and Third Wednesday of each month: 7 - 9 pm

During these times, all are invited to bring their own canvas and stitch with us. While there is no charge, we do ask that you reserve your spot in advance to ensure we have enough space.

Tip of the Month

Look for Missed Stitches

There's a great sense of accomplishment when you complete stitching a canvas, especially one that you've been working on for an extended period. However before sub-mitting your canvas for finishing, make sure there are no missed stitches. Take a picture of the stitched canvas with a tablet or phone. Then magnify the picture and look for missed stitches.
