On Sunday, January 7, the Rev. Jean Beniste presided over his first service as rector of St. Paul's Church, Concord. Fr. Jean joined St. Paul's from the Diocese of Chicago, where he was rector at Christ Episcopal Church in Waukegan, IL. He is originally from Haiti and is fluent in four languages— Creole, French, Spanish, and English—which he uses to facilitate connections between people of different cultures and backgrounds.
