Thanks to all of the RPAC contributions we received this year, CRCBR has been named one of the winners of the 2017 Local RPAC Triple Crown. This is a new award category for 2017.

The City of Charlotte is a little more than a year into a multi-year effort to draft a comprehensive Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), which will update the policies and regulations that guide land use and development in Charlotte.

The City of Charlotte has released a draft of its Transit-Oriented Development A (TOD-A) ordinance, which would allow higher-density, mixed-used development within a quarter-mile of transit stations like the CATS Blue Line. Comments are due to the City by Friday, March 23rd.
