On Tuesday evening, Governor Cooper signed Executive Order 138 "Easing Restrictions on Travel, Business Operations, and Mass Gatherings: Phase 1." Through this Order, the Governor begins to implement his plan to re-open businesses and other functions of our state's economy. This order will take effect at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 8.
The CLT Development Center continues to maintain plan review, permitting and field inspections as allowed by the stay-at-home order. For the last several weeks, they continue to make modifications to the ways they deliver services to protect customers, staff and the community.
Cushman & Wakefield released its "Recovery Readiness: A How-to Guide for Reopening your Workplace," a comprehensive guide for real estate tenants and landlords on reopening workplaces as stay-at-home restrictions are lifted.
