Mitten Tree
Yes, mittens and shoes growing on the same tree! Suggested donations are $40-50 for mittens and $12.50 for shoes.

If your donations go for mittens, that money will be used by the Oxford Resource Center to buy Christmas gifts for needy children in and around Oxford.

Donating money for shoes will help our friendly Russian children to have proper foot coverings on their feet.

Help make Christmas even brighter for all of these children. Our tree will be in the sanctuary until Sunday, December 22. Just take the mitten, shoe, or both from the tree and bring them into the Molyneaux where you may leave the item with your donation.

Per Capita
Thank you for supporting over 115 mission co-workers serving Christ around the world through the PC(USA). Thank you for connecting thousands of youth with the love of Jesus at Presbyterian Youth Triennium. Thank you for strengthening churches through the Presbytery of the Miami Valley. With your Per Capita contribution in 2019, you made a ministry impact far beyond the Oxford Community in these and so many other ways.

If you are a member of OPC and haven't yet contributed to your Per Capita in 2019, there is still time. We urge every member to give toward your Per Capita of $48.20. Your contribution not only connects you with the work of the church throughout the world, this also allows finances reserved in 2019 to fully cover our congregational Per Capita to be used instead to support the ministry of the Oxford Presbyterian Church.

Per Capita envelopes are available in the narthex or by contacting the church office. And thank you as we seek…serve… and share!
Congregational Concern
"For I am convinced that neither death, nor life . . .
nor anything else in all creation,
will be able to separate us
from the love of God
in Christ Jesus our Lord."

In times of loss, Paul's words remind us of God's steadfast love. Our congregation is called to give thanks to the Lord for the life of a long time member, Joe Wespiser. Joe passed away peacefully on Monday after a brief time in hospice care. Please surround Kate, their children and grandchildren with your prayers of comfort and support. A Memorial Service will take place next year.
