A Call for Leaders
A key practice in the Presbyterian Church is to nominate and elect ruling elders, deacons, and trustees who lead us in bringing the mission of Christ’s church to life. The nominating committee seeks your recommendations for our next class of Oxford Presbyterian Church officers. Prayerfully consider active members of our church who are engaged, committed, and eager to serve as leaders in our mutual ministry. Please contact the office with your nominations for our future leaders.
Here I am, Lord? Is it I, Lord?
I have heard you calling in the night.
I will go, Lord, if you lead me.
I will hold your people in my heart.

Resting in God's Eternal Grace
“Nothing in life or death can separate us from the love of God.” – Romans 8:39
With sure and certain hope of the resurrection, we share the news that longtime church member Dr. Jay W. Baird passed away on September 13 at the age of 90. A longtime faculty member in the Department of History at Miami, Jay will be remembered for enthusiasm for teaching, his love for his family, and this cherished Oxford community.
We invite our church community to gather for a memorial service on Saturday, November 7, at 11:00 a.m. in the sanctuary of Oxford Presbyterian Church. We invite you to hold Jay’s children - Lisa, Bryan, and Stanford - and their families in your prayers.

An Opportunity to Serve: Could You Be Our Next Part-Time Custodian?
Are you or someone you know looking for a meaningful way to serve behind the scenes and help our church flourish? Our facilities host worship and Christian education programs, mission and fellowship, and much more every single week! We are searching for a new part-time custodian to help care for these sacred spaces. Paid a living wage and working closely with our staff and trustees, this team member will ensure our buildings remain clean and ready for ministry every Sunday and beyond. If you have a heart for hospitality, a service-minded attitude, and up to 15 hours a week to share, please contact our church office.

Church isn’t a place we go to receive services;
it’s a living body where we bring our uniquely shaped gifts
