Executive Leadership Presence
The WICT Network's Executive Development Series (EDS) is designed to help mid-career professional women build skills that are critical to effectively delivering results within their organizations, with a focus on mastering competencies vital to success at the director and VP level. The two seminars of the series, Executive Leadership Presence and Leading with Power and Authenticity, may be taken in any order.

What you need to know:

  • We are excited to see you in person for both programs in the series this fall!
  • Seating is limited in both programs and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
EDS: Executive Leadership Presence

October 19-20, 2022 | Rancho Bernardo Inn | San Diego, CA

Executive Leadership Presence is designed to develop leadership presence as a means to inspire confidence, engage and influence others, and maintain productivity while increasing visibility and career mobility. This two-day program will introduce participants to a unique framework and toolkit of 12 specific attributes, skills and thought processes that work together to help them build knowledge and expertise. You will walk away with a firm understanding of the following:

  • Personal Confidence: Values and Self
  • Elements of Communication: Verbal, Vocal and Non-Verbal
  • Strategic Messaging

Here's what past attendees said about their experiences at the Executive Leadership Presence program:

  • Branding is something that's talked about all of the time from a product perspective. But rarely is the opportunity presented to talk about personal branding. I was looking forward to this content, and it over-delivered – loved every minute of it!

  • Absolutely valuable information presented with passion and practiced with other women hungry to learn. Must-have training for aspiring women leaders.

  • The Executive Leadership Presence seminar provides the missing links in career development and sheds light on the things that keep you from moving up in your career - all in a candid and safe environment.
EDS: Leading With Power and Authenticity

October 19-21, 2022 | Rancho Bernardo Inn | San Diego, CA

As leaders, we rely on effective management skills to get things done. For exponential impact, however, authentic and powerful connections – to self and others – distinguish leaders who inspire trust and confidence from their peers and high-performing teams. Leading with Power and Authenticity provides an experiential learning environment, weaving together theory and practice, where you will:

  • Ground yourself in your personal and leadership mission.
  • Strategically link to sources of power for achieving your vision.
  • Renew energy depleted by multiple life demands.
  • Uncover your unique qualities as a woman leader.
  • Re-integrate work and personal lives.
  • Connect with other leaders to form a powerful network.
  • Engage in candid Q&A with a panel of top industry leaders.

Here's what past attendees took away from Leading with Power and Authenticity:

  • I learned so much about myself and the inner strength it took to get me this far, and how I can harness that in my current position and beyond to be a better leader.

  • EDS: LWPA was a safe space to explore my challenges, triumphs, failures, and insecurities with some truly amazing women. The feedback I received was so generous and I have a new set of tools - plus increased confidence to use them.

  • LWPA was one of the best training experiences due to the amazing women that attended and the presenters' unique wisdom, insights and guidance. A must-do!
