Here's what past attendees said about their experiences at Executive Leadership Presence:

  • "Absolutely valuable information presented with passion and practiced with other women hungry to learn. Must-have training for aspiring women leaders."

  • "The Executive Leadership Presence seminar provides the missing links in career development and sheds light on the things that keep you from moving up in your career all in a candid and safe environment."
EDS: Leading with Power and Authenticity

Webinar Opportunity: Living and Leading with Purposeful Empathy

Open to all members

Thursday, August 18, 2022 • 11:00 am – 12:00 pm (Eastern)

Join The WICT Network and Anita Nowak, Ph.D., author & professor, Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University, as we discuss ways to create cultures of empathy.

Empathy is having a moment. In this day and age, empathy has never been more important to democracy and the future. Now, more organizations understand the importance of empathic leadership and culture. The good news, according to Dr. Anita Nowak, is that humans are born to empathize and collective empathy has been a part of our successful evolution as a species. In this interactive presentation, Dr. Anita Nowak will unpack her new model of purposeful empathy which draws from neuroscience, leadership studies, and positive psychology.

Here are a few points attendees can expect to learn from the webinar, related to creating cultures of empathy:

  • Why cultures of empathy at work improve performance, innovation, and other KPIs
  • How organizations can deploy empathy for social impact
  • Why elevating our empathic consciousness can inspire profound purpose in our lives

Note: This complimentary webinar is open to all members. The WICT Network records all webinars and posts them in our Online Learning Library.
