Yoga is an ancient mind-body practice that has been increasingly studied as an intervention to improve quality of life for those affected by chronic illness. Join us on December 25th at 1pm EST for a gentle, inclusive yoga practice for all levels. We’ll care for body, mind, and spirit with easy movements and simple breath techniques designed to bring us calm clarity. Optional: stick around to connect with the WM wellness community after class. With the IWMF, you are never alone. Reach out to Ann Grace if you’d like the Zoom invite or recording at [email protected].

CARDIO FLOW - FRIDAY DEC 29TH at 2:00PM EST

Experts who study fatigue and cancer recommend exercise as a therapeutic intervention, which is why the IWMF offers classes like Cardio Flow. Get your body moving with repetitive, simple movements within the safe space of our WM community. Energy begets energy! Optional: stick around to connect with the WM wellness community after class.
