Cardio Flow - TODAY at 2:00PM EST

Experts who study fatigue and cancer recommend exercise as a therapeutic intervention, which is why the IWMF offers classes like Cardio Flow. Get your body moving with repetitive, simple movements within the safe space of our WM community. Energy begets energy! Optional: stick around to connect with the WM wellness community after class. Reach out to Ann Grace if you’d like the Zoom invite or recording [email protected].

Chair Yoga - Monday January 1st at 2:00PM EST

Ring in the New Year with a holistic self-care practice tailored to your fluctuating energy levels. Join us on Jan. 1st at 2pm EST for a gentle, inclusive yoga practice to care for body, mind, and spirit. Set your intentions with others who share your rare diagnosis. Optional: stick around to connect with the WM wellness community after class. Reach out to Ann Grace if you’d like the Zoom invite or recording [email protected].

Strength Training with Sharon:

Friday, January 5th at 1:00PM EST

Strength training can help us age more gracefully by improving mobility and bone density, maintaining or increasing muscle mass, and decreasing the risk of falling. Join ACE Certified Personal Trainer Sharon Piotrowski, who is also a WM community member, for a strength training workout for all fitness levels. We’ll be exercising with a pre-recorded video and then sticking around to support each other. Optional: have small hand weights or household items like water bottles handy. Email [email protected] to receive the Zoom invitation and follow-up recording link.
