Dear Neighbor,
Last year, we put out the word that many of our neighbors were struggling with food insecurity due to the economic disruption caused by the pandemic and hundreds of you turned out to our Braddock District Stuff the Bus food drive. Together, we collected a total of 29,590 pounds of food! These donations helped our friends at ECHO support local families during a difficult time. But now we need to do it again!

Tomorrow, Saturday, January 30, and Saturday, February 6, buses will again be parked at 21 locations from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to collect food donations. Buses will be located outside county facilities, including many Board of Supervisors’ offices and the Pennino building, to allow donors to comply with social distancing recommendations.

For more information, including a list of most-wanted items and information about donating virtually, visit the Stuff the Bus website.

In Braddock, we will be at the following locations: (Click on the addresses below for directions)

Visit the Stuff the Bus website to see the complete list of locations to drop off your food donations, what to put on your shopping list to donate, and tips for donating safely at the food drive. I hope to see you there!
