Last year, we put out the word that many of our neighbors were struggling with food insecurity due to the economic disruption caused by the pandemic and hundreds of you turned out to our Braddock District Stuff the Bus food drive. Together, we collected a
total of 29,590 pounds of food! These donations helped our friends at ECHO
support local families during a difficult time. But now we need to do it again!
Tomorrow, Saturday, January 30, and Saturday, February 6, buses will again be parked at 21 locations from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to collect food donations. Buses will be located outside county facilities, including many Board of Supervisors’ offices and the Pennino building, to allow donors to comply with social distancing recommendations.
