Water Ski Days are Here!

It's time to celebrate our iconic Water Ski Days starting this week!

If you or anyone is interested in volunteering for a small time slot throughout the weekend, we have a lot of spots to fill, and would really appreciate your consideration. It takes a village, and we couldn’t host this event without the support of our members, sponsors, and of course volunteers.

Some Changes to be Aware of...

Changes to 2024 Water Ski Days Button Policy

*New in 2024! No buttons required for concerts, ski shows, or beverage tent!

Commemorative Buttons, featuring student artists, will still be sold prior to the event; they will not be available for purchase during Water Ski Days weekend. Get that button and flaunt it at the Water Ski Days concerts for $5 off admission purchased at the gate!

Changes to the Layout at Ohuta Beach Park Concert Area

*In 2024 we will also see changes to the layout of the beverage tent and concert area. With the addition of the bath house concession area and the new button policy, there will be a smaller fenced in area. This means that the splash pad will be open to the public, and the main entrance will be moved to the intersection of Chestnut and Park Streets. Signage will be posted throughout the area reflecting these changes.

*Because of the volatile situation concerning the high water on the Mississippi that we are experiencing this year, there may be last minute changes to the programming and layout of the festival. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these rapidly changing circumstances.

Gold Star Amusements

Gold Star Amusements, a family-owned carnival, has provided safe family entertainment for over 30 years! They're back this year with their fun midway that includes rides, games, and tasty treats! Presale ride tickets are going fast, but if they are still in stock, you can find them at Lake City Fresh Market and Kennedy Drug until their closing times on Thursday.

Wait! There's More!

Don't forget about Lake City Market by the Lake, Knight Barry's Water Ski Days Volunteer Appreciation Party, Rotary's 5k, 10k, Half-Marathon, Lake City Area Arts Bingo, Fresh Market Bean Bag Tournament, Lake Hits 95 Karaoke Finals, the Kid's Penny Hunt, the lighted boat parade, Historical Society open house and tours, book sales, and more!
