Pongers "Going Strong" Playing Every Monday at Senior Center
Commissioner Steve Eliot of the Monday Y's Men Ping Pong Group reports that "we are going strong." There is now a committed group of about 12 Pongers who play every Monday from 2:30 to 4:00 pm at the Westport Center for Senior Activities.
The Group thanks Bob Novak who graciously sets up and breaks down the ping-pong tables each week. Because many players have had hip, knee, back, and cardiac surgeries, they are grateful to Bob.
Y's Men can either just show up or contact Steve Eliot at steliot@aol.com. Participants must be registered with the Westport Center for Senior Activities which takes only a minute. See you around the nets.
