Wednesday 28th April - 07:30 to 09:00 - Virtual Sales Training 3
Without a defined process, it can be difficult to determine the right way to go about doing any activity. A sales process is important as it ensures that the most appropriate activities are completed while unnecessary or unhelpful activities are ignored.
Building a sales process requires a definition of each of the main stages and its purpose. The main activities in that stage are then defined, including any information that needs to be gathered. Metrics should be defined that can be used to track progress and measure performance.
This session will look at some simple sales processes and the types of activities that go into each stage of the process.

WEBSITE & DIGITAL MARKETING CLINICS
WEB MOTIVATION
Chamber member Alex Ramsden has lined up a new series of website and digital marketing clinics which are free to attend but do have limited availability. We have listed them all on our events page of our website. Please take a look HERE.
ARTISAN MARKET - 30TH APRIL
As part of our remit, we manage the markets within Leatherhead Town Centre and have been working on a much broader variety of markets in addition to the regular Saturday and Thursday traders markets. Our Artisan market was established last year prior to the first lockdown and sadly couldn't host the variety of stalls it first did. It is now back with eased restrictions and if you know of any small business that would love to trade at this market please put them in touch with us.
Full details of our markets can be found on our website HERE.
VOLUNTEERS WANTED
Our board of directors is a small group, working voluntarily to support our businesses and members and could do with a voluntary hand on occasion. If you have any experience in events, marketing or community projects and would have a spare hour or two a week we'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch HERE.
