January brings colder weather and even an unexpected snowfall. While the unpredictability of Texas weather may have prevented our students from experiencing the delight of sledding and snowmen last weekend, many of our students are finding wintry delight in reading literature and reciting poetry related to the season.
Monday and Tuesday our students do not have school. We are looking forward to giving you all a virtual welcome for
Zoom Conferences on Tuesday and to the beginning of Quarter 3 on January 20th. With the beginning of the new quarter, we are also pleased to welcome back more students to in-person learning.
Jane Austen reminds us that, "It isn’t what we say or think that defines us, but what we do." Through our actions we impart knowledge to our students, inspire them in wonder, and encourage them to value the beauty in the world around them. Thank you for working alongside us to be a positive light for our scholars.
