Welcome to the Week of September 13, 2020
Dear Families,

This past week our faculty focused on learning and practicing new skills to be able to serve students on campus and online simultaneously. We thank you for your patience with this "No Zoom Week" to allow this training to happen.

As we look forward to welcoming students on campus over the next two weeks, we have collected need-to-know information on our website to make this transition easier for you. Please visit our website by clicking the link below.
Aside from our campus updates, there is more information below. As always, please reach out to us with questions and we look forward to another week!

Yours in Partnership,

A Closer Look
Schedule Changes

Beginning Monday, September 21 we will no longer have a Block Schedule on the Thursday and Friday of full weeks of school. Instead, students will attend all 6 classes each day of the week.

Also beginning Monday, September 21, the Distance Learning Class Schedule will undergo an additional small change. To better align the Distance Learning Schedule to the On Campus Schedule, each period will begin 5 minutes earlier and end 5 minutes earlier.

All schedules can be found at the Upper School Campus Updates page on our website.
Medication Drop Off

Please drop off medications and medical forms Monday, September 14 from 8am-noon. Nurse Nolte will be at the front entrance collecting all materials and answering any questions you have.
North Texas Giving Day

North Texas Giving Day is this Thursday, September 17! Get Up and Give to support this incredible, classical education we offer! It is only possible through the generous support from YOU, our family community. Giving is now open and will close at the end of the day Thursday.
Communal Supply Drop Off
& On-Campus Schedule Pickup

As we prepare to welcome students onto campus, parents are invited to drop off communal supplies for the school (including expo markers, tissues, and cleaning supplies) as well as pick up their student(s)'s on-campus schedules with classroom numbers. Families may stop by campus between 8am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday.
Families may also choose to bring communal supplies on the first day their student(s) return to campus. Schedules with classroom numbers will also be provided to students upon their return.

The carline routes are the same as last year. You will receive carline placards with your student’s name and grade on it on the first day of school. These placards are required for carline every day, as students will wait in their 8th period classrooms until they are called.
Drop-off: 7:30-7:55 AM
Pickup: 3:35-4:00 PM
Early Release Pickup: 1:40-2:00 PM

All student drivers must register with the school. The registration form requires both a parent and student signature, as well as supporting documents.
