From Pre-K to eleventh grade, students can find a place to plug-in this week! Alongside students, parents have multiple chances to learn more about Great Hearts Irving with events such as Coffee with the Headmaster, Evening with the Classics, and campus tours.

A Closer Look
Upper School ADA
This week, the current ADA is 96.49% and the potential revenue lost due to absences is $93,912. Vercingetorix is in a slight lead while Pericles and Boudicca are tied for second!

College Counseling Events
Registration for the Texas A&M University tour will open to tenth-grade students on February 24. Introduction to College Night is on February 25. Students that intend to take the ACT on April 4 should register by February 28.

Parent Engagement
First-grade parents are invited to Coffee with the Headmaster on February 24, while eighth-grade parents are welcome to join on February 26. The next Evening with the Classics will be on February 27 at the Upper School. The Lower School is hosting a tour for prospective families on February 27.
Student Events
Sponsored by House Darius, Guerin Abadie's Eagle Scout Project will begin on February 26 and benefit Brighter Tomorrows. All High School (grades 9-11) students are invited to the next Theometha on February 28.
YMCA Spring Soccer
The YMCA is offering Spring Soccer for grades Pre-K-7. Those interested in participating must register by February 29 to avoid late charges.

On the Horizon
Field Day
Held on March 27, the Lower School Field Day will be a school-wide celebration devoted to physical activity, sportsmanlike competition, and fun.

The Upper School Field Day will be held on April 3, and volunteers will be needed! Please email info@greatheartsirving.org to express your interest.
