**** DATE CHANGE for the SOUP SWAP****

Apologies for any inconvenience or confusion this date change may cause. There is a small possibility of winter weather this weekend. The forecast keeps changing so we are opting to be on the safe side and delay by one week until February 1.

**********

Presbyterian Women invites everyone to participate in a Sunday-Soup-Swap on FEBRUARY 1 at 5:30 in Conway Hall. This event is patterned after a cookie swap.

• BRING containers of Soup (2 cup portions).

• INCLUDE a label with your name and ingredient list for each portion of soup. This allows those with allergies to know what is in the soup.

• SWAP your soup for other containers of soup

• TAKE HOME the soup to enjoy.

Prepare your favorite homemade soup, chili, or stew then portion it into 2-cup individual portions in disposable plastic bowls (found at grocery or Dollar Stores). Note the size is 2 cup portions! Having individual sized portions allows swapping for a variety of different soups to try a new soup or to select items to fit the various tastes of your household.

For however many 2-cup portions you bring, you take home that many containers of the soup of your choice. The soup can be freshly made (i.e. still warm), chilled, or even frozen if it fits your schedule to make it ahead.
