PC(USA) Pentecost Offering

This Pentecost season, we invite you to support the PC(USA) Pentecost Offering, which nurtures the faith of young people around the world—from childhood through young adulthood—helping them build a strong foundation that will guide them for a lifetime. Forty percent of your gift will remain right here in our community to support the ministries of Our House (https://www.ourhouseauburn.org), directly impacting the lives of local youth and children. You can give by check (please write "Pentecost" in the memo) or online through our website (www.fpcauburn.org/give) by selecting the "special offering" option. Thank you for helping us invest in the future of our church and our children.

Pardon Our Progress!

Over the next several weeks exciting improvements will be made to the entrance of our sanctuary. During this time the doors facing Thach Ave. will not be available (though in the case of an emergency, these doors are accessible.)

Please enter the sanctuary through the side door facing the courtyard or the breezeway leading to the Gay St. parking lot.

Many thanks to our Property Committee volunteers and church staff for the time and energy being invested in these projects!

Parking Lot Access on May 28-31

The contractors plan to be working on the Gay Street entrance to our parking lot on Wednesday, May 28 through Saturday, May 31. During that time the only means of accessing our parking will be through the Thach Avenue entrance. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS as the normally one-way entrance will need to be both an entrance AND AN EXIT during this time. This means traffic will be coming around the corner at the playground from both directions - go slowly and be vigilant! Parking will be more limited than usual, so it's even more important to only use our lot for church business. Thank you.

Missing!

Please help us find a crystal serving bowl that went missing after the May 14 congregational dinner. If you know of its whereabouts, please contact Susan Bannon.

Sowers & Knitters

Just a little reminder that we will meet this coming Monday morning, June 2 at 10:00 a.m. in the Project Room at the church. We had such a great group for our May meeting that I hope we can do it again for our time together in June. There is always a job and blessing for everyone. Your presence is greatly appreciated!

Punch on the Lawn

Punch on the lawn allows our church family a wonderful time of fellowship following the 11:00 a.m. worship service. When you sign up to serve (at this link) you will be provided with specific details on where to find the supplies, when and where to set up, and clean up instructions.

If you have any questions, please contact Elizabeth White at ewhiteenglishteacher@gmail.com.
