WEDI is committed to advancing the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of provider information/data. As part of this mission, the WEDI Provider Information Subworkgroup is conducting the survey to better understand current practices, challenges, and opportunities related to provider data management. Your feedback is essential in shaping industry standards and driving improvements that benefit providers, payers, and patients alike. Please take a few moments to share your insights—your participation will help us identify best practices and inform future initiatives that support a more streamlined and reliable health care ecosystem.

Monday 1PM ET: Join the Patient Experience Workgroup on Monday, December 8th for our last meeting of the year! We will recap the group's discussion at the November National Conference and dive into our first projects. We will brainstorm a Payer-to-Payer API one-pager on how to best communicate with patients, and we'll establish our internal workflow processes. Lastly, we'll review and provide feedback on the agenda and topics for WEDI's Winter Forum, focused on the patient experience in health IT.

Tuesday 1:30PM ET: Join us as we discuss Information blocking & enforcement, Telehealth/teledentistry shifts and Dental standards evolution.

Tuesday 3PM ET: Join us as we review the June 2025 fact sheet, make adjustments to include the current CAQH index figures and final recap from the WG meeting at WEDI National Conference last month.

Wednesday 2PM ET: Attend to learn more about challenges related to HIPAA Part 2 (more information below on the Spotlight event).

Thursday 11AM ET: Join us for an update on our Claims 101 fact sheet, working on the Electronic Corrected Claims Fact Sheet and diving into the Zero Dollar Claims discussion.

Friday 1PM ET: Join us to discuss the latest revision of our survey and work as a group to complete the final version.
