As blessed as some regions of the United States are with National Parks, here in New England we really only have Acadia National Park. There are some smaller parks and seashores, but this jewel in Maine is the only location comparable to its western counterparts. In 2011, I took a quick three day solo trip to experience these scenes with my growing love of photography. Unfortunately, it rained pretty heavy the first day and a half. I tried to make the most of what good weather I did have and was able to catch some good light in a wonderful park.
