This week's theme is "Pines Aplenty" - I have been very fortunate to travel a good amount in the past 10 years. Many of these trips have been to National Parks and regions that are filled with these wonderfully towering trees. Pines can provide a sense of scale to any grand view. Most pine trees grow from 50-150 feet tall. Including them into a landscape frame not only provides a great pop of green, but the sharp rise and rigid nature of pine trees compliments nearly every natural scene.
