This week's theme is "Urban Lookout" – I get just as much enjoyment trying to capture images in a city as I do in an expansive landscape. Architecture photography is a huge passion of mine and all the varied buildings and shapes within an urban area excite me every chance I get to roam around either a new city or somewhere I know well. When being surrounded by towering structures or public art mixed into tense geometry of stone and glass I never stop searching for some sort of new and interesting angle. Sometimes the shot is found by looking up, looking back or maybe looking past the chaos of a city to discover a frame that speaks to a place so many call home.
