Trees might be my favorite photography subject. The strength and adaptation of trees has always fascinated me. The natural element and shade they provide are gifts to photographers in nearly every scene. They provide a focal point or an accent wherever they stand. They can show scale or serve as pillars of changing seasons. Most of all, they teach us what was, can be and what the future holds.
