Four years ago, with a small igloo cooler in front of his friend’s coffee shop in NE Portland, Nico’s Ice Cream got its start. Since then, Nico quickly scaled to four shops and now a s’mores shop. He is also the founder of Palanca, a Latinx-led initiative focused on empowering youth and encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset.

March 1st, 60th International Fair - Platinum Discovery: 10:30 a.m., L&C’s annual International Fair is a vibrant and enriching celebration that showcases the diverse cultural heritage of its student body.
