Bound Brook Seniors

The Bound Brook Seniors are a group of friendly seniors who enjoy spending time together. We meet monthly to participate in fun activities, learn from various speakers, and go on fun trips. We welcome any individual 55 years and older to join us. Each meeting consists of a short business meeting, a guest speaker or group activity, and refreshments. Please feel free to visit us at a meeting or come along on one of our trips.

Meeting site: Bound Brook Presbyterian Church

We meet on the third Monday of the month at 1:00 P.M.
I am connected with RAP (Refugee Assistance Partners) from Scotch Plains, an organization that works with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Elizabeth and their clients. An Afghani family with 5 children needs a vehicle either as a donation or for a low price, $1,000.RAP is a 501(c)(3) so this is tax deductible.

ONGOING NEED FOR DONATED OR LOW-COST CARS

Car donations or very low-cost cars in working condition are an
ongoing need for refugee families of all sizes through Refugee
Assistance Partners (RAP), a Union County interfaith organization
that has helped settle over 350 refugees from the Middle East, Africa,
and Central America. If you have or know of any cars available for low
cost or donation, please contact Maryjane Finne at 908-447-6771.
