Pet Hub ID Tags- how a smart phone could bring your fur baby home!
 
The one challenge with a micro-chip is only a vet's office or your local shelter can scan the micro-chip.  What if your dog runs off late at night or on the weekend?

 

An ID tag is recommended in addition to a micro-chip.  For just about the same cost as a custom made ID tag you could have a PetHub ID Tag!  PetHub tags have a QR code printed on them.  If someone finds your pet they can call the hotline or can scan the QR code with their smart phone and it will take them directly to your pet's free online profile that contains all your pertinent information, your pet's medications, microchip information, and much more.

  • A notification email goes out to the owner
  • an interactive GPS map is included of where the pet's tag was scanned
  • and $3,000 of emergency medical pet insurance coverage activates
  • In addition, the pet owner can take immediate steps and forward a lost pet's PetHub.com profile to shelters, pet stores, coffee shops, and individuals within a 25 mile radius of where the pet was last seen (similar to an "Amber Alert" but for pets).
