| | | | | | The Comparative Religion Discussion Group will meet on Sunday, August 23, 2026 @ 1:00 pm at the church (and on Zoom). Zoom address to be sent out on August 22, 2026 by separate email.
Topic: Religious Landscape in America (What do we believe)
| Credible recent surveys (Pew Research Center and Gallup Inc.) helps us to understand the religious landscape in America and allows us to determine whether our individual views and beliefs are similar or different from other fellow Americans. While the majority of Americans still describe themselves as being either religious or spiritual, these polls establish that Americans are less religious than in the past. Being non-religious and non-spiritual is most common among young adults suggesting a continuing reduction in religious affiliations. Overall, do you think this is a good thing or a bad thing for America and why?
| This topic of discussion benefits from reading the foundational reading material (1 paper) that is provided upon request. The primary source material is the respective websites for the Pew Research Center and Gallup Inc.. For further information please contact Bob Wunderlich at comparativereligion@dupageuuchurch.org

| | | Please be aware that Naperville/Wheaton Road will be under construction between Ogden Avenue and Diehl Road for the next several months. While Sunday morning travel to church may not be significantly affected, those attending meetings and events during the week should expect delays. We encourage you to check your preferred navigation app before heading to the church and allow a little extra travel time if needed. Thank you for your patience as this project is completed.
