| | Help Make Community Hour Delicious! Community Hour is a special time for fellowship, food, and fun on the second Sunday of the month from 10-11:30 am. To make this gathering warm and welcoming, we need volunteers to bring food to share. If you enjoy baking or just picking up something tasty, please sign up to contribute here. No nuts, please. Bite size portions are preferred. Contributions must arrive by 10:00. Thank you for helping us make Community Hour a time of true community connection!

Women’s Wisdom is a vibrant, welcoming, intergenerational community that provides a safe space for women to create deep, meaningful connections with one another while sharing our wisdom, talents, and skills.

Based on the feedback of our members, we invite you to join us at DUUC on Thursday, September 17, 6:00 pm- 7:30 pm to introduce a new WW gathering ... Third Thursdays! -- a new program of informal, member-led gatherings ... and more opportunities for our community to grow and thrive, foster friendships and create a sacred space to celebrate! Registration is not required since we are not having a potluck. But feel free to bring a dinner if you wish to enjoy while we welcome you to the first Third Thursday! (Please note these are the new times.)

On Saturday, October 10 we will host our Quarterly Potluck and Program event at DUUC from 12:30 - 3:00 p.m. If you are on our email distribution list, look for a message soon to register for our program: Leadership Through a Woman's Lens - an afternoon of collaboration, consensus building and creating a vision of women in community.

Come to the adult retreat on Saturday, October 17! We'll spend the day with Meditations for Mortals - twenty-eight short chapters grouped into four differently focused sections. You're welcome to read it a week at a time, straight through, or however suits you. The retreat runs 9:00 to 4:30, lunch is included in the $10 cost, and registration opens September 19. Childcare available by request.
