Parent Surveys

On Tuesday we opened our Parent & Employee Survey, conducted by our survey partner, SchoolRIGHT, LLC., a trusted leader in Christian school surveys worldwide. The email address sent from is: surveys@schoolright.net and the survey window is open from January 14-27. The survey will cover various aspects, including divisional-related responses, parent enrollment factors, staff working conditions, overall sentiments toward the school, and participant experiences.

SchoolRIGHT will provide us with a comprehensive report shortly after the survey window closes. Check Your Inbox: Be check your inbox for an email from surveys@schoolright.net on January 14, 2025. If you don't find it in your primary inbox, please check your spam or junk folder to ensure you don't miss this opportunity to contribute feedback for our school community. 

H.A.N.D.S Restaurant Day!!



Join us for our next Dine-Out Day on Monday, January 20th at Dunn Brothers Coffee. It will be an all day fundraiser so stop on in for breakfast on our day off of school!!  A percentage of the sales goes back to Heritage H.A.N.D.S. for their awesome work of building community at the school! Curriculum Review Committee

We're looking for individuals interested in reviewing History curriculum options for next school year. In order to be a part of the committee, you must be (or become) a member of the Association (indicate support of the HCS bylaws and Statement of Faith by signing the Association membership form and paying the $5 annual dues). If you are interested in volunteering in this capacity or have questions about what this might entail, please contact Rachel Super (superr@hcs-nl.com) by February 1st.

HANDS Pool Party CLASS COMPETITION!!!

Please join us for an evening of FREE family fun at the North Liberty Community Center indoor pool Sunday, January 26th @6-7:30pm. We’ve rented the entire pool so feel free to invite your friends and neighbors to join us! Make sure to MARK your calendars now!

PLUS we are adding a CLASS COMPETITION!!! We will reward the TOP Middle School Class (grades 6-8) and TOP Class (grades PreK-5) in attendance with DONUTS on Monday!

Before and After School Check in Procedures

During the Before School Program, the Lead Teacher will be in charge of allowing parents/guardians into the building. The parent/guardian will say their last name and number through the intercom system and will be verified prior to being let in.

During the After School Program, when parents arrive for pick up they will say their last name and number through the intercom system and will be verified prior to being let in by the Extended Care Coordinator.

Grant Wood AEA Hearing Screening – January 29

Grant Wood AEA is scheduled to be at Heritage on Wednesday, January 29th beginning at 8:30am to conduct hearing screenings on all students in Kindergarten, 1st, and 5th grades.
