SRM Concrete has announced the acquisition of Cheboygan Cement Products, Inc based out of Cheboygan, Michigan. With two ready-mix locations in Alpena and Hillman this acquisition helps expand service to customers in North Michigan.

CEO Jeff Hollingshead stated, "We’ve been servicing the Northern Michigan market for several years now, and we’re looking forward to strengthening our service capabilities with the great team we added today.”

SRM Materials has announced the acquisition of Tri-County Stone Company in Morrison, Tennessee.

SRM Materials President, Ryan Hollingshead stated, “We are excited to bring the Tri-County team on board at SRM Materials. This synergistic acquisition will complement our existing quarries in Cowan and Woodbury, Tennessee. We look forward to working alongside our new team members and supplying aggregate to our customers in the area."
