All members of a household will need to use the same QR Code including

husband, wife, children, etc.

ONE QR CODE PER PROPERTY

Please only register once.  Duplicate registrations are not necessary.

You will still need to go online and register for ENTRYFY before coming

to the P.O.A. office if you want a physical access card, or if you need

assistance getting your Entryfy code on your phone.

WAMY Garden Group Looking for Donated Garden Tools

Many of you know about Feeding Avery Families, but you may not know that six years ago a garden was established in the back yard of the WAMY Community Action Building in support of FAF.

Last year we supplied FAF with more than 2800 pounds of freshly picked produce.

If anyone has any garden shovels, hoes, rakes or a wheelbarrow you no longer are using, and would like to donate to the WAMY garden group, we guarantee your tools will be put to good use!

WAMY is on Cranberry Street (aka 19E on the way to Ingles), take a moment, stop, walk around back, and view the garden. Visitors are always welcome!

Just a reminder that the golf course opens Friday, April 12!

REMINDER - Walking and jogging are currently still allowed on the Golf Course cart paths but NO BICYCLES, SKATEBOARDS or the like are permitted.

If you need to update your mailing address or phone numbers that we have on file for you, please send us the correction as soon as possible, but by March 31st.

Please do not leave anything in the refrigerators when using recreation facilities.

Items left for more than a week will be tossed out.

Linville Land Harbor Property Owners provide a Caring Closet which provides items such as Walkers, Wheel Chairs, Potty Seats, Shower Seat, Canes and Crutches. The Caring Closet is in need of volunteers. Volunteers are called by owners who need to borrow or return items. When someone calls the volunteer will set up a time to meet at the Caring Closet, to provide the item needed.
