Key Qualifications
• Education/Experience – Bachelor’s in CIS or related field preferred; 3+ years of IT
experience required.
• Technical Skills – Proficiency in managing servers, networks, and end-user
hardware/software; experience with database integration.
• Security Knowledge – Skilled in system security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-On Expertise – Experience configuring/troubleshooting servers, firewalls, and networks.
• Communication – Strong interpersonal and written skills; team-oriented service mindset.
About the Role
As a Systems Administrator at PCEC, you will support and secure the cooperative’s IT infrastructure—including servers, databases, user workstations, and mobile technology. Key duties include installation, troubleshooting, documentation, support of backup and security solutions, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
