2025-26 SALT Application Information

Applications for the 2025-26 Student Ambassador Leadership Team (SALT) open today at 7:30 a.m. All interested students must review and complete the necessary requirements. The requirements are posted in mySFHS within the Resource Board in the “SALT Application” tile.


The application deadline is ThursdayApril 17, by 3:30 p.m. The SALT Application Signature Page and Student Questionnaire document must be submitted to SALT Moderators Mr. Jacobsen, Mrs. Wiborg, or Ms. Dannheim in the Main Office.


While you can complete everything electronically, you must print the document to hand it in. Both applicant and a parent must sign the signature page for the application to be considered complete. Handwritten signatures only.

 

Refer to the timeline graphic below for detailed information. Decisions are emailed on Wednesday, April 30, between 7:00 and 7:30 p.m.

TONIGHT: Art Show & Jazz Night

Join us for the 2025 Art Show and Jazz Night from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Friday, April 11, in Slantdome! Enjoy an evening of artwork and music showcasing the talents of our Visual Artists and the SFHS Jazz Band and Vocal Jazz Ensemble. Admission is free!

Prom 2025

Ticket sales for this year's Prom open next Wednesday, April 16, and close the following Wednesday, April 23. Prom is Saturday, May 10, at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago and tickets are $175 per person. More information will become available in mySFHS within the Resource Board on Monday, April 14.

Clubs & Activities

Clubs and Activities at SFHS provide students with opportunities to engage in the campus community and enhance their learning in a co-curricular setting.


All students and parents have access to the “Clubs & Activities” tile in mySFHS within the Resource Board. Students can reach out to a club moderator for more information and potentially be added to the group roster. Within the tile, students and parents can view upcoming club and activity meetings.

Class of 2028 Grandparents Day

8:00-10:15 a.m. Friday, April 25, St. Francis High School. Grandparents of freshman students are invited to campus to celebrate the very important relationship they have in the lives of their grandchild. Together, they will enjoy a special morning that includes Mass, a light breakfast, and an optional tour.


Please RSVP here with the grandparent(s)' information. This is used to make name tags and mail a commemorative photo.

Service Hours Information & Opportunities

By April 15, students should log their 15 hours of completed service. The link to log service hours is in mySFHS within the Resource Board in the Pastoral Ministry tile. This link was also emailed to every student. To log service hours, please follow these instructions.


Seniors who do not submit their Service Hours by April 15 are required to attend school Thursday, May 15, and Friday, May 16, to fulfill this graduation requirement. Juniors, sophomores, and freshmen who do not submit their Service Hours by April 15 will not receive their schedule of classes for the 2025-2026 school year and are not permitted to start school in August 2025 until all service requirements are met.

 

Cooking for DuPage PADS Interim Housing Center: Commit to cooking individually packaged meals with family or friends. Residents of the housing center do not have access to full kitchens and rely on volunteers to provide meals. To learn more and sign up, click here.


Little Friends in Warrenville provides resources for children and adults with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities and also supports their families. For an application and more information, click here.

Shifts at Northern Illinois Food Bank: Volunteer as an individual or with a group! All students 16 years old and up can create their own volunteer profile and register for shifts at the food bank in Geneva or any of their mobile sites. Click here to create your profile and sign up.

K-12 Tax Receipts: Parents can access and print 2024 tax receipts for qualified K-12 educational expenses directly via FACTS Tuition Management by following these steps. If you need assistance with the website or logging in, call FACTS at (866) 441-4637.

  • Click on VIEW PAYMENT SUMMARY
  • Print your statement by clicking on the print icon in the upper right-hand corner
