Parent Ambassador Team

Are you interested in becoming a parent ambassador? We need you!

SFHS has a powerful story to tell prospective families, and our Parent Ambassador Team helps share that story by creating enthusiasm and increasing enrollment in partnership with the Admissions Office. Parent Ambassadors help with:

  • Making follow-up phone calls to families after a Shadow Day
  • Being a visible and welcoming presence at various Admissions events
  • Assisting with outreach efforts to connect with future Spartan families

Your voice as an SFHS parent will provide valuable insight and connection for those just beginning their journey with us.

Interested? Please email Pat Jacobsen, Director of Admissions, at pjacobsen@sfhscollegeprep.org.

This team was launched two years ago and has big plans for this year.

If you have questions, please email Mrs. Fermoyle at kfermoyle@sfhscollegeprep.org.

Freshman Student Government

It's not too late! Any freshman interested in participating in SFHS freshman Student Government can still participate. Please visit Ms. Fairhead in room 1110 for more information and to receive a contract to join. Meetings are Thursdays after school.

Junior Retreat Registration

Junior year is an incredible time of maturing and self-discovery, and every year our students tell us one of the most important parts of their experience is the time they spend together on the Junior Retreat.

Students will choose from one of four overnight retreat options based on what works best with their curricular and co-curricular obligations:

  • Retreat 1: September 9-10, 2026
  • Retreat 2: October 6-7, 2026
  • Retreat 3: January 5-6, 2027
  • Retreat 4: February 22-23, 2027

Complete information and a registration link can be found in mySFHS within the Resource Board in the Pastoral Ministry tile. Or, go directly to the registration page.

The Junior Retreat is a Pastoral Ministry Department and Religion Department requirement. Students unable to participate in their assigned retreat will attend a makeup retreat on February 26. If you have questions about participation, please email our Director of Pastoral Ministry, Michael Page, at mpage@sfhscollegeprep.org or our Retreat Coordinator, Kristen Ras, at kras@sfhscollegeprep.org.
