Reminder For All Students
School Photos--September 10 and 11
Photos will be taken on Tuesday, September 10 and Wednesday, September 11. Please send the order form to school with your child on picture day (click here for schedule). Order forms were sent home this past week.

Lower & Middle School Enrichment
The fall enrichment session is underway. Spots are still available in a few classes, and you can find all details enclosed in this letter. Reach out to Arielle Miller at enrichment@ksds.edu with any questions.

The order period for October is now open. Place your order at www.boonli.com by September 20.
Lower School Back to School Night--September 10
We look forward to seeing all Lower School parents on Tuesday, September 10, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at LS Back to School Night. During this evening, LS parents will have the chance to hear overviews of core academic classes, meet with LS administrators, and learn about the curriculum delivered by the LS specialists in math, reading, science, art, makerspace, library and research skills, music, and physical education. Tzedakah for Hurricane Dorian Relief
The Lower School will be collecting tzedakah through next week for World Central Kitchen, who is distributing meals to those affected by Hurricane Dorian. Read more about the organization here.

We are still accepting Summer Reading Honor Roll Readers through September 10. Please send in a list of at least five books read this summer for your child’s name to be placed on the Honor Roll. Also send in any pictures of your child reading to either Sonia at skozlovsky@ksds.edu or directly to your child’s teacher.

Attend a screening of the FRONTLINE documentary Being Mortal followed by a community discussion.
Sisterhood Judaica Shop
New inventory is arriving throughout September so be sure to shop early and often for the best selection. The Sale Cart will also be a great place to check.
