Pardon our Dust/Darkness!
As we continue our two major maintenance projects this summer, replacing the old, antiquated and heat-producing lighting in the church with modern and efficient LED lights, and updating the HVAC system in Brickman Hall, we appreciate your continued patience. Our LED lighting contractor is working directly with the manufacturer to ensure the final product will both highlight the architectural beauty inside our historic church building, as well as provide a lasting and efficient light source for the years to come.  It has been a lengthy process, but one that will pay off in the end!

Sunday's Scripture Snippet

We must no longer be children, tossed to and fro and blown about by every wind of doctrine, by people's trickery, by their craftiness in deceitful scheming. But speaking the truth in love, we must grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.

Hospital Visitation

We want to provide support during your time of need! However, because health regulations prohibit the clergy from being informed when our parishioners are in the hospital, we will not know if you or someone you love is there unless you tell us. We want to provide support in any time of need or crisis. Please call the parish offices at 259.1570 or  click here to email us to let us know when you need us.

Wednesday Nights at St. John's, 6:30 p.m., Parish Hall
Thee Wednesday Nights Group continues a new study: Anxious for Nothing: Finding Calm in a Chaotic World by Max Lucado. The group meets at 6:30 p.m. for a potluck dinner and fellowship, then the study begins at 7:00 p.m.

In this five-session video Bible study, Max Lucado explores God's promises in Philippians and shows that while anxiety is part of life, it doesn't have to dominate life. As you follow God's prescription for worry - celebrate his goodness, ask for help, leave your concerns with him, meditate on good things-you will experience his peace. You can stop letting anxiety rule your day and find true calm and contentment in Christ.

Contact Paul and Winkie Game at with questions about the group.
Stay connected.
