Angel greetings, friend.
The energy of the past week has felt a bit thick and rather harsh. If you've felt a little off center, please know you are not alone.
I encourage you to remember that there are lots of justifications for sadness, anxiety, discouragement. But PEACE never needs a reason and can come whenever you call.
To tap into a peaceful place, I would offer you four steps
First, unplug. Completely. Get away from all electronics. This includes the fitbit.
Then, place your hands on your heart and feel the beat.
Next, take a few deep breaths and focus on the exhale.
Last, say the word "PEACE" to yourself three to four times.
You may not change the world, but you will certainly change how you feel. You are here to experience peace, gentleness, and love. No restrictions apply.
