Multiple Road Closures This Weekend!

The Philadelphia Marathon will be taking place this Sunday, November 20th which means there will be multiple road closures throughout Center City. Participants will be running down Benjamin Parkway ave, along Christopher Columbus Ave, up Walnut St., and back down Kelly drive. If you plan on driving or taking public transit to get to Sunday Service, we suggest taking a look at this list of road closures and bus detours to help plan your route!

WELCOME NEW MEMBERS!

We would like to welcome all those who are new to our community with a special prayer during our services. If you want to be recognized, please let us know!! We want to welcome you! Send an email to rgardner@htrit.org to be added to the list. Thank you!

What's Happening at CHT

You may remember receiving an e-mail from us a few weeks ago outlining some of the projects we have been working on in an effort to rebuild and restore our beautiful and historic building. You can take another look at the e-mail here. As we continue to work towards our goals, members of our stewardship committees and vestry will be making regular announcements to update everyone on the progress we are making and what we can all do to help! Last Sunday, the head of our accounting committee Greg Maughan gave a brief announcement about the ways the church is rebuilding both physically and spiritually after the pandemic and our financial goals needed to support that growth. If you missed it, or would like to hear it again, you can click the video below to watch on YouTube. You can also access the video by clicking here.
