Happy New Year!
We wish all Wendell Falls residents a happy and healthy New Year! As we go into the first full week of 2026, we have a few community updates and reminders:
New Hours for The Farmhouse Cafe
Beginning Monday, January 5th, The Farmhouse Cafe will have new hours of operation:
Monday-Saturday: 8AM - 5PM (formerly 8PM)
Sunday: 10AM - 5PM
In light of this development, the HOA Board of Directors is assessing proper safety and security protocols for resident access after-hours. The Farmhouse building doors will be closing daily at 5PM until further notice. Please note that the HOA Office Hours on Mondays will shift from 10AM-6PM to 9AM-5PM at this time. All community clubs and private rentals that are currently scheduled in The Raleigh Room past 5PM will operate as usual; the Lifestyle Director will be in communication with these parties directly regarding access to the room.
Payment Portal Outage
Western Alliance Bank is experiencing issues with its online payment portal. They are actively working to resolve the issue, but at this time, there is no estimated timeline for when service will be fully restored. As a result, residents attempting to make online payments may be impacted.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will send a follow-up once the online payment portal is back up and operating normally. Please reach out to Nicole at 919-374-7282 with any questions. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
DRC Increase Reminder
A reminder that the DRC (Design Review Committee) application fee has increased from $30 to $40 per application. Please keep in mind each application should reflect one project. For example, the installation of a fence and a front door replacement would require two separate applications.
