Are you a fan of balancing budgets, analyzing numbers, or planning for the future? Do you want to play a vital role in the financial success and sustainability of this amazing community? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

The Finance Committee is looking for dedicated homeowners to lend their expertise and enthusiasm to help guide the financial health of Wendell Falls. To Be Involved and provide valuable insights to the Board of Directors through our Treasurer on all things financial. Come and help shape the Association’s budgets, preserve community funds, and ensure reserves are strong and secure. Work with your neighbors to ensure our community thrives financially, now and in the future.

The Finance Committee will advise on:

• The Association’s financial condition.
• Adequacy of reserves.
• Fairness and accuracy of financial statements and budgets.
• Fund reservation and investment practices.

Calling all puzzle enthusiasts and pizza lovers! Join us in the Raleigh Room on Thursday, January 9th from 6 PM - 8 PM for a fun-filled evening of food, games, and friendly competition. We'll have puzzles for various ages, or you can bring your own to share. Come with friends to form a team or join us solo. Don’t miss this chance to relax, connect with neighbors, and enjoy delicious cheese, pepperoni, and/or veggie pizza!

Some mischievous snowmen have escaped into the community, and we're going to need your help to find them!

On Monday, January 13th, check your email for a list of clues to track them down, or swing by the Association office to grab a printed clue sheet for your snowman scavenger hunt. Each snowman will be carrying a pack of stickers—collect one from each and bring your completed clue sheet to the office to claim a prize!

Celebrate National Popcorn Day with us in the Raleigh Room on Sunday, January 19th from 11 AM - 12 PM! Enjoy our popcorn bar with a variety of fun toppings and stick around for a fun popcorn craft activity. Don’t forget to RSVP to secure your spot!
