Annual Meeting 2025

Our Annual Meeting is coming up on Thursday, October 16, at 5:30 PM at Central Baptist Church (11109 Poole Road). Check-in will begin at 5:00 PM.

All annual meeting materials, including the agenda, minutes from the 2024 meeting, the proxy form, the 2026 budget summary, and the Board of Directors election ballot, are available in the annual meeting packet linked below.

Understanding Quorum Requirements

In order to meet quorum for the annual meeting, proxies must be signed and returned, or homeowners must be physically present at the meeting. Please note that ballots do not count toward quorum; they are used solely for voting purposes once quorum has been achieved.

Your participation is essential to the success of the meeting. If you haven’t already done so, please take a moment to complete and return your proxy form as soon as possible to wendellfallsnc@ccmcnet.com or by dropping them off in the ballot box at the association office. Those who return their proxy will be entered for a chance to win a $100 gift card, courtesy of CCMC!

It's time for our annual pumpkin giveaway with Myatt Landscaping! Stop by Grove Park on Monday, October 13, at 5 PM to pick up a free pumpkin!

Please note that there is a limit of 1 pumpkin per household, and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Come on out to the Grove and join us for Cinema Under The Stars on Friday, October 17 at 6:30 PM! This family-friendly Halloween movie night is in partnership with the Town of Wendell. We'll be showing the modern Halloween classic Hocus Pocus, and Vic's Pizza food truck will be onsite for tasty bites. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, and settle in for a night of outdoor cinema magic!

Mark your calendars for our annual Trick or Trot 5K, taking place on Saturday, October 25 at 9 AM. Registration is now open using the link below! Residents can register for $30 per person, and any non-residents joining can register for $35.

Everyone who participates will receive a spooktacular finisher medal, so get ready to lace up, dress up in your costume, and enjoy a frightfully fun morning!

Get into the spooky spirit and join us for our Halloween Golf Cart Parade on Saturday, October 25, at 4 PM! The parade will start at the Farmhouse, and we encourage everyone to go all out with decorating their golf carts. Whether you’re riding bikes, scooters, wagons, or anything with wheels, we’d love to see you there. Let’s make this a fun and festive event for all!

Wendell Halloween Decorating Contest

The Town of Wendell is holding its second annual Halloween Decorating Contest, and Wendell Falls is encouraged to participate!

Residents can enter their home or business to win for the spookiest or most festive Halloween decor in Wendell until October 15. For more information, download the flyer or click the link below. A friendly reminder to follow all applicable HOA regulations in your Halloween decorating!

Free chair aerobics classes are available at Central Baptist Church on Wendell Falls Parkway every Monday and Thursday at 10:30 AM. Just bring your resistance bands and light dumbbells. For more details, contact Ann Davis at 910-618-8626.
