New Assessment Coupons

CCMC is excited to share some upcoming improvements to how you receive your community assessment coupons. These updates are designed to be more cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and supportive of digital delivery options, all while continuing to provide you with clear, accessible assessment information.

What’s Changing?

In your upcoming statement, you’ll receive a brief cover letter with your coupons to help guide you through the updated format and provide helpful reminders.

Your coupons will no longer come in booklet format or include return envelopes. Instead, the coupons will be printed in a flat style, with four coupons per page, allowing for:

· Easier handling and filing

· Reduced printing and mailing costs to the community

· Better compatibility with future electronic statement options (if you choose to go paperless)

Preparing to Go Digital

This new format also supports future electronic delivery of your coupons, anticipated to begin with your 2027 assessment period. At that time, you’ll be able to opt in for email delivery, giving you convenient access to your documents from anywhere.

Why This Matters

These changes reflect our ongoing commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and reducing homeowner costs without compromising service. By streamlining our processes and reducing expenses, we can create over $3,000 in savings for the association, which benefits the community as a whole.

If you have any questions about the new format or how to enroll in e-coupon delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support department at customerservice@ccmcnet.com, 480-921-7500, or reach out to your onsite management team.

Service Area Assessments

If you’re a resident of a benefited service area, like a townhome or gated area in your community, who receives coupon booklets, these changes will also allow you to enroll for future electronic statement delivery. We’re excited to provide this new digital option to you for your 2027 assessment period!

We appreciate your support as we continue to enhance our services!

Committee Volunteers

Are you looking for a way to serve the community with your talents? Consider joining a committee! Serving on a committee is an excellent way to uplevel your involvement and personal investment in Wendell Falls.

We are actively taking applications for 2026 service on the Finance, Grounds & Trail, Nomination, and Social Committees. If interested, please complete the application linked in the button below and return it via email to wendellfallsnc@ccmcnet.com.

All applications must be returned by November 14th.

No Commercial Vehicles

As a reminder, commercial vehicles may not be parked or stored in driveways, on the street, or anywhere outside of an enclosed garage.

Under the community’s governing documents, commercial vehicles include:

  • Trucks or vans with company logos, advertising, or other commercial writing on them
  • Vehicles primarily designed or used for business purposes
  • Any vehicle displaying signs or equipment related to a business

The only exceptions are for service, construction, or delivery vehicles that are actively providing a service or making a delivery to a home, and only for the amount of time reasonably needed to complete the job.

Keeping commercial vehicles out of view helps maintain the clean, residential appearance of our neighborhood that we all enjoy. Thank you for doing your part to help keep our community looking its best!
