Concrete Repairs in Phases 9C and 12

As a reminder, the developer will begin concrete repairs in Phases 9C and 12 starting today, October 25th. This work must be completed before the roads can be turned over to the Town of Wendell. These concrete repairs are expected to take about 10 days, weather permitting.

Please use caution as there may be additional construction vehicles and traffic in these areas. Thank you for your patience as work in these phases is completed.

Safety Reminder: Secure Your Home and Vehicle

As you settle in for the evening, remember to take a moment to secure your home and vehicle. Make sure to fasten all doors and windows, keep valuables out of sight, and lock your car. Don’t overlook closing and securing your garage door, and if you can, switch on the exterior lights to help discourage any potential intruders.
