Maintainance Request

We want to make you aware of the national Canada Post strike, which may impact residents with a Canadian mailing address.

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has launched a national strike, and Canada Post has temporarily shut down operations. Mail will not be processed or delivered until service resumes, and Canada Post has stated that they are committed to securing and delivering all mail as quickly as possible once the strike ends.

If you have a Canadian mailing address, you may experience delays in receiving items such as assessment statements or violation letters at this time. To avoid interruptions and ensure you stay up to date, we encourage you to sign up for electronic statements using the unique URL included on your most recent mailed statement, or by contacting our customer service team at 1-480-921-7500 or customerservice@ccmcnet.com.

For more information about the Canada Post strike and their current operations, please visit canadapost.ca/negotiations. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to keep you informed about this ongoing issue.

Donation Recap

Thank you to those who participated in the Wendell Falls Women’s Group's quarterly Donation Drive last week. Because of your generosity, we collected 80 bags of gently used women's clothing and accessories! The drive supported The Purple Shoe, a thrift shop dedicated to funding domestic violence services and education.

Community Reminders

As we move through the season together, we appreciate everyone’s efforts to keep Wendell Falls a safe, welcoming, and beautiful place to call home. Here are a few friendly reminders to help us all do our part:

  • Parking: Vehicles (cars, trucks, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, trailers, etc.) may not park on public or private streets or in alleys within the community. Please avoid blocking sidewalks. If your vehicle doesn’t fully fit in the driveway, it should not extend more than halfway across the sidewalk. Parking in alleys is not permitted at any time. Designated striped parking spaces are available for temporary use by residents and guests, with overnight or short-term parking (up to 7 days) allowed.
  • Trash & Recycling: Garbage cans and recycling bins must be stored out of public view except on collection days. Storing them inside garages is strongly encouraged. If you’d like to add a screen for your bins, a DRC application is required for approval. Landscaping or plantings are encouraged as natural alternatives, and if a screen is used, it should be softened with evergreen landscaping on the outside. For details, view the Trash Receptacle Screening Guide.

Thank you for helping keep Wendell Falls looking its best!
