DRC Reminders
The DRC (Design Review Committee) application fee is increasing from $30 to $40 per application starting January 1, 2026. Please keep in mind each application should reflect one project. For example, the installation of a fence and a front door replacement would require two separate applications.
In other DRC news, please note that permanent lighting on the exterior of the home must be submitted for review and approval prior to installation.
New Farmhouse Playground
The Farmhouse Playground is getting a glow up! In order to replace the current equipment and add in new features, this playground will be closed through Wednesday, December 17. Please avoid parking in the spaces directly in front of this area on these dates so service vehicles can have easy access. We invite you to enjoy the other community parks and playgrounds in the meantime!
Garbage Cans and Can'ts
A friendly reminder that all garbage cans are to be placed inside your garage, unless you have a DRC-approved trash enclosure. This applies to all residences, including townhomes. Garbage cans are not to be stored in alleyways and must remain out of public view.
Additionally: A friendly reminder to all residents to pick up and properly dispose of pet waste. Thanks for your help in keeping our community looking its best!
Parking Protocols
As friends and family visit the community this Holiday Season, please kindly remind them to follow all Wendell Falls and Town of Wendell parking rules. Wendell Falls does not allow parking on any of its interior streets (public roads or private alleys) with the exception of spaces that are designated for parking.
